Plotting
Before any project gets off the ground, it needs to have a plan. It's all well and good to throw together a flashy design, but if there is no Information Architecture behind it, then it's incomplete. You may have heard the term "web 2.0" thrown around before. This refers to making everything easier. People don't want to spend an hour on your site figuring out how to work your online store, or how to contact you with a question. By not making it easier for those people, a whole segment of potential customers will not have their needs met.
A solid plan before hand is how we achieve the solution. That's where I come in.
